		<description>Frank, very well written blog. I can relate to much that you say even though I am well past my quarter century mark. I have done much of the same reflecting over time. I have just started reading Stage Climbing and am up to Stage 5. I can see that I have many hooks reaching out into all stages. Some work for good, and some not so much. My struggle is that I tend to be a reader not a doer. That has to change. I look forward to the journey.</description>
